Elisha Defeo, CFP^®, MBA

Elisha Defeo joined YHB Investment Advisors in January 2018 as a Senior Portfolio Manager; she has more than 20 years of investment experience. She began her investment career in 2000 at Morgan Stanley and was responsible for servicing and managing client investment portfolios. Through this position, she gained extensive investment experience including stock options and executive compensation. This position, along with her role at Northwestern Mutual, allowed her to utilize her skills in financial management and insurance planning to offer clients a holistic wealth management approach to help ensure that they are meeting their financial objectives.

Elisha has a B.A. in Business Administration from Western New England University in Springfield, MA and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Elisha obtained her CFP® certification in 2025. Elisha passed the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 examinations and is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative in the State of Connecticut.

Elisha lives in South Windsor, Connecticut. She enjoys traveling with her daughter and is also involved in volunteer work within the community. Her family works with two local animal shelters in Connecticut and serves in volunteer roles within their church.
