Over the course of our relationship, by necessity we collect nonpublic personal information about you from the information you provide us, from the ongoing management of your assets, and from other advisors whom we may contact on your behalf. We protect your confidentiality and do not sell information to third parties. We will never disclose any such information to anyone without your permission.
Protecting Your Personal Information
We have policies and procedures for all employees regarding how to protect your information. We maintain physical and electronic safeguards to protect your information. Such safeguards include a firewall to prevent outside parties from accessing our computer files, continuous off-site back-up of all computer files and the shredding of documents and electronic devices.
Additionally, we will notify you immediately if we see warning signs of attempts of identity theft including suspicious documents or emails from you that appear altered or forged, request address changes, or request third party fund transfers.
